TeX-based equation image editor for PowerPoint on the web

TeXclip is the web application for the people, who prefer TeX than PowerPoint's equation editor. After the time TeXPoint became shareware, I have been working on TeXclip and got good feedback from my colleague. And now TeXclip is released to public.

Added white on black mode.

Usage

  1. Click [Start TeXclip] from the menu on the left.
  2. Edit TeX source in the editor, and click [Generate Image] button on the left side. Image of equation appears.
  3. Appeared image can be pasted into PowerPoint slides by drag and drop or by copy and paste. If you use Firefox, only drag and drop is available.

Usage

Basic

  1. Click [Start TeXclip] from the menu on the left.
  2. Edit TeX source in the editor, and click [Generate Image] button on the left side. Image of equation appears.
  3. Appeared image can be pasted into PowerPoint slides by drag and drop or by copy and paste. If you use Firefox, only drag and drop is available.

Color

  1. Select the part of TeX source to be colored in the editor.
  2. Click the color in the pallet,and required TeX statements will be inserted.

Background color

screenshot Background color can be changed after pasting into PowerPoint.
Gradations are also supported.

Re-edit

screenshot After pasting into PowerPoint, TeX-source of equation image can be obtained from the [web] tab of the dialog appear by double-clicking the image. You can use shortcut key [Ctrl+A] (Select all) and [Ctrl+C] (Copy) and paste it back to the editor of TeXclip.
